- For all registered customers, shipping within Switzerland is free of charge for orders over CHF 60.00.
2. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping using DHL to ensure fast and reliable international delivery.
- A flat shipping fee of CHF 25.00 applies to all countries outside Switzerland.
- For registered customers outside Switzerland, international shipping is free of charge on orders above CHF 60.00.
3. Order Processing
Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days after the order has been placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped.
