Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please take note of the following:
- Items must be returned in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all labels and original packaging intact.
- Returns must be sent to: Kinshicho c/o Olga Vögeli Engstringerstrasse 5 8952 Schlieren, Switzerland
- Please use a shipping service that provides tracking, so both you and Kinshicho can track the return or start an investigation in case the package gets lost.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Processing Returns
Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will carefully inspect the product(s) to ensure the condition matches the original quality we sent out. If everything is in order, we will proceed with the return process.
For financial refunds, please pre-fill the return form included in your parcel and include it with your return shipment.
